Helping youth make healthy choices for their futures.

Among the many difficult choices facing our youth today is the choice about sexual behavior. Perhaps no other choice will stand to impact their future well-being as much as this one. Many teenagers are faced daily with pressures to become sexually active, and many are unprepared to handle these pressures.

AWARE is a relationship education program with an emphasis on reserving sexual expression until marriage. It is primarily designed for Jr. and Sr. High students. The program is intended to promote the development of healthy and responsible sexual attitudes and behaviors, not only by providing teens the information they need to make informed choices, but also by helping them to value who they are and the choices they make.
